About New Challenge

New Challenge is not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to providing support and training to unemployed people, inspiring them to achieve the skills they need to meet their work and life goals.

Since New Challenge was established in March 1997, we have witnessed a constant need from people to provide ongoing support to help them overcome the often multiple barriers they face in finding work. By providing this service to thousands of clients, we have helped many to upgrade their skills and improve their confidence, thereby allowing them to enter the labour market, gain experience, earn a good income, develop their talents and take control of their lives.

To achieve this, our dedicated team of experts works at the heart of the local community to provide professional information, advice and guidance to clients and where necessary, help them achieve the relevant skills to reach their goals.

We run a number of different programmes and courses, all tailored to fit the needs of the individual and all with a focus on helping our clients progress into work. As a core, our training includes motivational and employment skills training and all of clients benefit from our job brokerage service, dedicated to match the skills of our clients, with those demanded by the many employers who use our service.
