Over the past weeks, we had the pleasure of working with a truly fantastic group of learners who have now successfully completed their NCFE Level 2 in Mental Health First Aid & Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace course.
From the very beginning, it was clear this was a special group. They brought energy, openness, and a genuine commitment to learning. Across all three sessions, they remained fully engaged, contributing thoughtfully and creating a supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing their perspectives.
It was a great experience not only for the learners, but also for the tutor, who was inspired by the group’s enthusiasm, respect for one another, and willingness to explore such an important topic in depth.
What made the group particularly inspiring was the diversity of backgrounds and experiences they represented, truly reflective of the London we live in. This richness brought valuable insights into discussions and made the learning experience even more meaningful for everyone involved.
We are incredibly proud of what this group has achieved in just three sessions and confident that they will carry this knowledge forward to make a positive impact in their workplaces and communities.
