Future Leaders Hub is a practical leadership and career development programme designed for people who want to develop their leadership skills and progress in the hospitality sector.
The programme is particularly suitable for people working in hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, catering and other hospitality roles who are interested in becoming a team leader or supervisor, taking on more responsibility or preparing for their next career step.
You will develop practical workplace skills, build confidence and gain an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading.

Programme details:
- Duration: 8 weeks, Monday to Thursday, two classroom days and two online sessions each week
- Commitment: This is an intensive, hands-on programme. Full attendance across all four days each week is needed to complete the qualification.
