Programme details:
- Duration: 8 weeks, Monday to Thursday, two classroom days and two online sessions each week
- Commitment: This is an intensive, hands-on programme. Full attendance across all four days each week is needed to complete the qualification.
- Qualification: NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading
- Assessment: Assignments and practical learning evidence, no exam
