We are delighted to announce that our Future Leaders Hub programme has officially launched in Wembley, welcoming its first group of enthusiastic learners ready to develop their leadership skills and take the next steps in their careers.
At New Challenge, we believe that everyone has the potential to become a leader. You don’t need to have a management title or previous leadership experience to start developing the skills that will help you progress professionally.
That is exactly what Future Leaders Hub is designed to support.
We are excited to be working with a fantastic group of participants who have come together with different experiences, ambitions and career goals.The first sessions have marked the beginning of an eight-week learning journey focused on personal development, practical leadership skills and building confidence in the workplace.
It is particularly rewarding to see learners sharing ideas, getting involved in discussions and supporting one another as they explore what effective leadership means in practice.
Developing the next generation of hospitality leaders
The hospitality sector offers a wide range of career opportunities, but progressing into a team leader or supervisory role requires more than practical experience alone. Employers need people who can communicate effectively, motivate colleagues, organise work, solve problems and take responsibility. Through Future Leaders Hub, participants will develop these essential skills and gain a better understanding of what it takes to lead a team.
The programme includes:
- NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading.
- Practical leadership and team management skills.
- Personal development and confidence building.
- Careers advice and guidance.
- CV preparation and interview support.
- Practical workplace challenges and activities.
The programme runs over eight weeks and is fully funded for eligible learners.
