Our new Future Leaders Hub programme is for people who want to build practical leadership skills, gain confidence and prepare for their next career move.
It could be right for you if you:
• want to take on more responsibility
• are thinking about becoming a team leader
• are returning to work or changing direction
• already support colleagues and want to develop further
• want practical workplace skills and support with your CV and interviews
You’ll work towards an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading and receive one to one careers support throughout the programme.
